The global pandemic has triggered an ongoing season of grief. Yet an affirmative and constructivist approach makes it possible to transcend grief, find meaning, and consciously choose and create a season of GROWTH. This program offers an opportunity to learn the principles of Appreciative Inquiry (a strengths-based approach to generative transformation and growth), and practice “Generative Conversations” to facilitate growth after and alongside grief.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Review “Appreciative Inquiry” Principles, a constructionist approach to transformation & growth;

Practice “Generative Conversations” to facilitate “Grief & Growth” work, and inspire hope, resilience, meaning & growth; and

Design a Daily Appreciative Practice to provide groundwork for lasting change.
Note: Completion of this program (total 3-hour activity, including approximately 2-hour recorded webinar and 1-hour reflection) and return of the Responsive Journal satisfies 1 credit for Technique Module required for Certification in Grief Therapy as Meaning Reconstruction.

An author, editor & poet, Neena serves on the Editorial Board of AI Practitioner, and has edited May 2020 (Grief & Growth), Nov 2016 (Coaching for Transcendence) & Feb 2013 (India & Appreciative Inquiry) issues. Neena has been serving on the International Advisory Board of successive ‘World Appreciative Inquiry Conferences’.
