The global pandemic has triggered an ongoing season of grief. Yet an affirmative and constructivist approach makes it possible to transcend grief, find meaning, and consciously choose and create a season of GROWTH. This program offers an opportunity to learn the principles of Appreciative Inquiry (a strengths-based approach to generative transformation and growth), and practice “Generative Conversations” to facilitate growth after and alongside grief.

  • Review “Appreciative Inquiry” Principles, a constructionist approach to transformation & growth;

  • Practice “Generative Conversations” to facilitate “Grief & Growth” work, and inspire hope, resilience, meaning & growth; and

  • Design a Daily Appreciative Practice to provide groundwork for lasting change.

  • 9-11 am PDT: Portland, OR, which corresponds to 12-2 pm in New York, 5-7 pm in London, and 6-8 pm in Amsterdam.

  • 4-6 pm, SGT: Singapore, which corresponds to 4-6 pm in Hong Kong and Perth, 7-9 pm in Sydney and Melbourne, and 9-11 pm in Auckland and Wellington.

The Zoom meeting link and the module materials will be emailed to all registrants in due course.
